  General Notes:

Buried at Utley Cemetry, Keighley. Gravestone shows she was the daughter of Bethel Rhodes, a prominent Keighley business man. Dennis Rhodes reports 4/23/2004. "I recently visited Utley Cemetry, Keighley to find many graves vandalised, Bethel Rhodes being one of them. Apparently, the police caught three Asian youths but could not prosecute as they were under age. Bethel's headstone has been completely pushed over, breaking it into two pieces, damaging some of the inscriptions. However, you can still make out the inscription of Sarah Rhodes, wife of Eli Oscar Bancroft, died 19th April, 1937. "
