Maybe Robert- Later confirmed as Bill Pick wrote about uncle Bob in writings written on Aug 1st 1949.
found in 1881 census Robert H born in Bedlington aged 5 living at Sleekburn Lane.

It's only a side shoot of my tree, no direct link. I do have Robert Roper born 1876. He had sisters Sarah 1873, Elizabeth 1870 and brothers David1868 and John 1863. His parents were Robert 1838 and Helen Lunam 1839. Helen came from Kelso, but all the others were born in Bedlington.
