IGI Index, batch C106251 has christening as 4 Dec 1814 and place Barnby Dun.
No Matthias on the 1837 Census Kirk Bramwith
1851 census has a Matthias aged 35, according to email from FHS Doncaster, Sean and confirmed by Howard Travis and shows birthplace South Bramwith and living in Stainforth.
1861 Census aged 45, printed version says Mathew but original shows Mathias.
1871 census shown as cattle dealer (email Howard Travis) and ancestor.com says birthplace is Hatfield.
Patrick Johnson said that he was a pig jobber when he died.
Died before 1881 as Eliza is listed as widow on census.
Free BMD shows a Matthias death at the age of 61 in Thorne March 1877, implying a birth of 1816, if this is the correct Matthias. Patrick Johnson supplied correct date.
If the birth or christening was Dec 1815 instead of 1814 then everything is fine. Therefore set birth to Dec 1815 (Oct 18, 2007). Decided that as the family couldn't write he didn't know his brithday so reset to that shown in baptism records.
8/29/09 1841 Census added for Bramwith. age 25, ag lab., Head (Hallis) Alice aged 65, Geo Travis 23, Wm Travis 20, Mathias 5.
9/20/09 Changed Christening from 12 Dec to 4 Dec. It might have been a data entry error
10/23/09 Changed birth place from Hatfield (1871 census) to Bramwith to line up with abode on Baptism record, and changed christening from Bramwith to Banrby Dunn.
11/10/09 Patrick Johnson has him as Farmer and Pig jobber in 1877 at his death
11/23/09 added burial data from Christine Hemsworth

Matthias married Eliza Wright, daughter of Whittaker Wright and Ann Holmes, on 25 Jan 1842 in Kirk Bramwith, Yorkshire, England.⁵⁶² (Eliza Wright was born about 1825 in Kirkhouse Green, Kirk Bramwith, Yorkshire, England, died on 28 Apr 1903 in Bramwith, Stainforth in Thorne, Yorks, England and was buried on 1 May 1903 in Bramwith, Stainforth in Thorne, Yorks, England.)
